Trptych:a work of art which is divided into three related sections

Decided to add a triptych today. I just thought this image set was cute from the start. This was taken at Bahia Honda State Park in the Florida keys on June 7 . It was voted the best beach in the US by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman in 1992. It gets taken off the list once it gets selected. The list dates back to 1991.

Joined Pines West Camera Club Group

My experience last night was great. It was great to see so many people (about 30) attend the Pines West Camera Club. It started off with a slide show of the nature pictures taken at Long Key. The meeting continued with an exhausting presentation of the new yahoo group set up set up for the club. The meeting then did a show and tell of different pieces of equipment (Two diffusers, a macro movaing shelf, and a monopod). Overall, my impression was great. It is a large group interested in taking and improving their photography skills while also helpng others.

Pines West Camera Club

Today, I am attending the Pines West Camera Club. The reason for this is to continue educating and getting exposure to other photographers in the area. I can get honest critiques on some of my images so as to get better. I feel that there is always room for improvement, no matter what level you are in. If all goes well and I like the group, I will join. If I don't feel that this will benefit me, then I will chalk if as experience learned. Hopefully, it will be the former.

School's Out!

Well, school is finally over for the boys. They will start again in mid-August. I took some shots today at the awards ceremony. Some were good, some were not so good. Practice makes perfect. I will continue to practice some more.
